We collect personal information from the following types of people to allow us to undertake our business:
- Customers who install our extensions;
- Third parties and suppliers;
- Our own employees, contractors, partners, and shareholders;

It includes information you provide when you register to use our services via registration forms on our website, when you make a payment to us, enter a promotion or survey and when you report a problem with our website.

- AnalystPro, or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party; personal information regarding AnalystPro’s customers will be among the transferred assets.

Where we store and process your personal information
The personal information that we collect from you is stored on AWS cloud servers within the UK. All information you provide to us is stored on these secure servers and any payment transactions are encrypted. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our website, software and/or services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our website or software; any transmission is undertaken at your own risk. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered, or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal information on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
