What security certifications do you hold?
We have had a successful SOC 2 Type 1 examination, with Type 2 underway, and is Cyber Essentials Plus certified. AnalystPro complies with UK GDPR. The SOC 2 report, DPA and security documentation are available to customers and prospects under NDA.
Does AnalystPro use AI?
The core engine is deterministic. Generative AI is used only afterwards, to label and summarise results.
How is AnalystPro different to generative AI?
LLMs give probabilistic answers. AnalystPro's core engine is deterministic running on proprietary algorithms and high-performance computation.
Will my data be used to train AI models?
No. We do not use customer data to train AI models or permit third parties to do so.
Where is my data processed?
On secure cloud infrastructure in the UK (AWS London, EU West 2). Enterprise deployments can be tailored to specific compliance and data residency requirements, including a dedicated environment.
Is my data stored?
No. Models are processed, not stored. Saving an audit trail or report is available on Enterprise, and only when a user explicitly chooses to save. Anything saved can be deleted at any time.
Is data encrypted?
Yes, in transit and at rest.
Can we delete our data?
Yes, through the platform or at your written request.
Do you support SSO?
Yes. Authentication runs on Auth0 with enterprise SSO support including Microsoft Entra / Azure AD.
What does our IT team need to approve?
For Microsoft organisations, admin consent for the AnalystPro Enterprise Application (OpenID, profile and email scopes) and Conditional Access allowance for Office add-ins. Detailed setup instructions will be provided.
